Overview

  • Field worker groups are a method of categorising field workers
  • These categories are primarily used for invoice line items
    • i.e. All field workers in a group will have a common invoice calculation

Creating a Field Worker Group

  1. Open the Field Worker Group Management screen by clicking Admin → Advanced Configuration [A-K]

  2. Enter a name into the Fieldworker Group Name field

  3. Add any field workers that should be a part of this group into the Fieldworker(s) field

  4. Select Add Field Worker Group


Deleting a Field Worker Group

  1. Select a Field Worker Group
  2. Select the remove button
