Syncing, Refreshing and Reloading

On ASAP Runabout, there are 3 crucial features which every Field Worker should be familiar with

Sync

Sync is a feature that pulls all NEW changes from ASAP Dataforce to the Device.

This allows for any new question changes made by an ASAP Admin to update on the device.

Note: It is advised Field Workers sync their appointments before beginning work, or else they will encounter issues with inconsistent states.

Refreshing a day will pull all new changes of the day and override any existing changes that have been made.

To refresh a schedule, select the three dots at the top right of a day, then select Refresh Schedule.
