VEU July 2022 Scheme Update for LITE Customers.
As announced by the VEU on the 9th June https://www.esc.vic.gov.au/media-centre/veu-code-conduct-take-effect-1-july-2022.
From 1 July 2022, every person and business involved in delivering discounted energy efficiency products and services under the Victorian Energy Upgrades program must follow an enforceable code of conduct.
The VEU has added to all Assignment Forms a new Declaration for the ACP to sign.
In our LITE ASAP for customers who are Accredited we have updated the following Assignment forms to include this new declaration.
- Activity 30.
- Activity 15.
- Activity 17.
- Activity 21AB.
- Activity 21C-F.
They will become active for jobs ceated on and after 15th July 2022.
You are required to upload to your Agent Profile a Signature, it must be a png file under 500kb. We suggest that you sign a white sheet of paper, take a photo with your phones cammera, copy to your desktop and using the Windows Image tool Crop the signature before uploading to ASAP.
To upload the signature navigate to Agent Register.
Select your profile from the data grid and click Edit Agent button on the top right.
Inside the profile look for the Forms Logo field shown below.
Click the field and select a signature from file system.
Please review the value in the Agent Contact Name we are using it along with this signature.
To finish click the Save Details button bottom right of the screen.
In our LITE ASAP for customers who are Using ACP Partners we have reached out and are cordinating to update their Assignment forms. To allow us to remain Compliant by Friday 15th July and with permission from the ESC we have added a new Declaration Form an example shown below.
We will be using a logo/signature from the ACP the above is example using our details.
The form will be available for jobs ceated on and after 15th July 2022 and is to be sent along with the current Assignment forms to the Customer.
We aim to have all ACP’s Assignment forms changed over by the end of the month.
