Release notes for the 2022.1 updates to Dataforce ASAP

Dataforce is excited to announce some great new features in our latest release of Dataforce ASAP!

Sales Pipelines

Managing customer leads is now much easier via the use of Sales Pipelines. Create multiple Sales Pipelines with your own custom pipeline stages for tracking sales prospects from potential leads through to closed sales.

TODO Lists

TODO Lists provide an easy and convenient way to manage your TODO items.

By keeping such a list within Dataforce ASAP, you can make sure that your tasks are written down all in one place, so you don’t forget anything important that you need to do.

Bulk Question Editing

Performing updates to a lot of questions can be a tedious task.

For this reason, we have implemented a new bulk update feature which will allow you to update multiple questions at the same time.

This is a much welcomed time saving and quality of life feature for administrators who manage questions via the question editor.

Account Codes

In anticipation for our future integrations with accounting platforms such as Xero, we have introduced Account Codes.

Account codes will be used to classify the correct account for fieldworker/agent Invoice line items so that they can be exported to your accounting platform correctly.

Account codes can be managed via the ‘Account Codes’ management screen through (Configuration icon) Invoices Accounting codes

Account codes can now also be set to Invoice Line items, to determine the relevant accounting code to use when exporting invoices out to external systems.

Mandatory Audits and Submission Eligibility

Audits configured as ‘Mandatory’ will now be considered when evaluating the submission eligibility status of an appointment.

In order for an appointment to become submission eligible, all mandatory audits will need to be completed, and passed (if required).

Based on customer feedback, this has been introduced to prevent appointments from becoming submission eligible when all mandatory audits have not yet been completed.

More to come

With these updates out of the way, our next focus is on finalising our Xero integration and Stock Management updates which will be coming within the next few months.
