Attaching a Form to an Email
Important: These steps assume you have created an email type.

Select an email type.

Select a form type from the Attach Forms drop-down list.
Note: A form will only attach if it also meets the criteria set in the Form Properties.
Attaching a Form to an Appointment or Job
- Forms are dynamically linked to jobs and appointments based on criteria set in the form type.
To link a form, modify the form type’s properties such that they match the required appointment or job.
