Selecting an Email Type

1. Navigate to (Configuration icon) Emails Email Types

   

2. Select an email type by clicking its row.

Modifying an Email Type

• Email properties can be modified with the options below once an email type has been selected.

Deleting an Email Type

• To delete an email type:
  1. Select an email type.
  2. Check the Disabled checkbox in the type properties at the bottom of the screen.
  Note: This is a form of soft deletion. The question still exists in Dataforce ASAP - it is just being hidden from any lists or use. To view disabled types, tick the ‘Disable’ checkbox at the top of the screen and select Filter Email Types.
