Sender Address Verification Process
For Dataforce ASAP to send email on your behalf we are required by our email provider ‘Amazon Web Services’ to verify that we have permission. This is done through a verification email which is sent when an operator enters the address into Dataforce ASAP for the first time from either the Email Types or Agent Email Settings screens.
An example is shown below screenshot.
You will need to click the link to register your permission for us to send email on your behalf.
After clicking on the verification link you will be shown a success page like below.
The link is only valid for short time and if it expires you will be shown an error page like below.
You can re-save the email settings to send new a verification email.
