Creating an Email Template

1. Navigate to (Configuration icon) Emails Email Types

   

2. Enter the name of the template in the description field

   

3. Write the contents of the template. For more information see Formatting an Email
   s

4. Click Save Template

1. Navigate to (Configuration icon) Emails Email Types

   

2. Select a template from the drop down menu

   

Deleting an Email Template

• Email templates can’t be directly deleted; if an email template is not longer required then the email type should be deleted.
