Change the Commencement Date


  1. Navigate to the Appointment Actions Tab.
  2. Click the action Override Commencement Date.
  3. Select from the dropdown called Commencement Date the date the appointment did start at.
  4. Enter a comment about why date was changed.
  5. Select the Confirm button bottom right of the screen.

Change the Completion Date


  1. Navigate to the Appointment Actions Tab.
  2. Click the action Override Completed Date.
  3. Select from the dropdown called New Completed Date the date the appointment did finish at.
  4. Enter a comment about why date was changed.
  5. Select the Confirm button bottom right of the screen.

Check the Completion OR Commencement Date of and Appointment

The dates can be found under the Appointment Summary Tab, the fields Actual Completed Date and Commencement Date. Please remember if the dates have not been set by an operator they will inherit their values from the schedule date or last sync/completed date of the appointment. These dates will always have a value!
