Overview
This page explains how to adjust Agent-specific email templates and what they are used for. Changing Agent-specific email templates can be extremely useful as it allows an agent to fully customize any email correspondence they have with their customers.
First, open an Agent in the Agent Register. Then, click on the Email Templates tab.
Agent Email Templates
Once you have opened the email templates tab, you will see the Agent email configuration screen.
The Template drop down menu will list all default and custom email templates that apply to the Agent.

Saving a custom email template
To save a custom version of an email template, simply select the template you wish to change from the Template dropdown, make any required changes to the template and click Save email template
Reverting a custom email template
To revert an email template back to the default email template, select the template you wish to revert from the Template drop down and click Revert to default template
