- There are two steps that need to be done in order to use products on Dataforce ASAP. The following lists those steps:
- Create and configure a product.
- Create a trigger to add product into a particular appointment.
Product can be added into an appointment either by manually inserting it or by answering a question. (Product Question and Quantity Question).
- Product tracking can be used in order to keep track of the product’s. movement in Dataforce ASAP. This is especially useful when there are a huge volume of products and appointments existing in the system.
- It is also possible to change the price of a product on a specific job.
