Uses the Account Search feature to help fill in job details into the provided fields

Account Search Configuration

This feature allows operators to use the customer details from their external lead list such as their CRM.

  1. Move all the leads / customer information into Excel, or export them from a CRM and put it into Excel.
  2. Ensure that the Excel file has the following columns in it.

    Column Description
    Account Id* The number that will be used to search for a particular customer.
    First Name* The first name of the customer or lead.
    Last Name* The last name of the customer.
    Property Unit No The unit number of the property.
    Property Street No The street number of the property.
    Property Street Name The street name of the property.
    Property Street Type The street type of the property.
    Property Suburb The suburb where the property is located.
    Property State The state where the property is located.
    Property Postcode The postcode of the property.
    Phone Number The phone number of the customer.
  3. Send the Excel file to support@dataforce.com.au
