View History Log of Job Events

This tab shows a log of system events from the following screens:

  1. New Job Screen.
  2. Transactions Tab.
  3. Customer Tab.
  4. Action (Job) Tab.
  5. Quotation Tab updates.

Each appointment has a History tab for events that originate from appointment screens.

Field Description
Job Id The job number in Dataforce ASAP.
Customer Ref Our internal customer reference or the external reference if one has been given.
Date Date and time when the action occurred.
Operator User who was responsible for this action; if from a system event it’s called ‘Dataforce’.
Activity Short name for the event.
Reason Description on why event occurred.
Comments Description for misc information originating from the event.
Schedule Date Unused for jobs.
Schedule Time Unused for jobs.
