A visual guide to searching and selecting jobs

Search By Job Id


  1. Click the search bar and enter the job number.
  2. Select the job ID from the dropdown.
  3. Use the enter key or click the search button in the Advanced Search Filters dialog.
  4. You will be taken to the Job Summary tab if a job is found.

Search for Jobs (Without Appointment)


  1. Move the mouse to the advanced search bar.
  2. On the first dropdown filter, select the option, Show Jobs - No Appointments.
  3. Change the date filter to Job Creation Date.
  4. Set a start date.
  5. Click the Search button.

Search For Job By Agent


  1. Move the mouse to the advanced search bar.
  2. On the first dropdown filter, select the option, Show Jobs.
  3. Change the date filter to Job Creation Date.
  4. Set a start date.
  5. Move the mouse to the agents filter and select either an agent or an agent Group.
  6. Click the Search button.

Search for Jobs By Client


  1. Move the mouse to the advanced search bar.
  2. On the first dropdown filter, select the option, Show Jobs.
  3. Change the date filter to Job Creation Date.
  4. Set a start date.
  5. Move the mouse to the client filter and select one.
  6. Click the Search button.

Search for Jobs Created By Field Worker


  1. Move the mouse to the advanced search bar.
  2. On the first dropdown filter, select the option, Show Jobs.
  3. Change the date filter to Job Creation Date.
  4. Set a start date.
  5. Move the mouse to the field worker filter and select one.
  6. Move the mouse to the created by filter and select Jobs By Field Worker.
  7. Click the Search button.

Search for Jobs Created By Operator


  1. Move the mouse to the advanced search bar.
  2. On the first dropdown filter, select the option, Show Jobs.
  3. Change the date filter to Job Creation Date.
  4. Set a start date.
  5. Move the mouse to the created by filter and select an operator.
  6. Click the Search button.
