A user has 3 levels of access that can be configured, contract, agents and clients.

The dropdown control next to the program name contains a list of user roles. To give access select a role for the program and when done click save button on the right side of the screen.

If you select No Access then the program will not be listed on the start button for this user.

Agent Access

Agent access is one of the two mechanisms used to prevent a user viewing a job/appointment.
A Job is assigned an agent we refer to this as the Job’s Agent.
