How to adjust agent-specific SMS settings
Overview
SMS settings allow different agents to customise existing SMS Types to their preference or for a specific task.
How to change SMS Settings for an agent?
- Select an Agent.
- Move to the SMS Settings heading in the grey ribbon.
- Edit settings for intended SMS type, then click the Save SMS Preferences button at the bottom right of the screen.
Important: To enter information into the settings, you will have to uncheck the box labeled, Use Default Value.
