To enable this feature, check the Team Members Only Checkbox in the Question Properties.
Team Stock Management
- Team stock management is a way of accounting for stock on a team basis rather than on an individual Field Worker basis.
- For example:
- If a team member were to use products with no products allocated, they would have a negative value in a Field Worker report.
- In a team member report, however, the negative value from the Field Worker is simply added to the total for the team.
- This means if the team leader has 10 products allocated and a team member has used 2 i.e. has -2 products, the teams total will appear as 8.
-
To view a team’s stock summary, select the Stock Summary report and select the Team option in the report type field.
