The Appointment Summary Tab provides and overview of the appointment with fields for scheduling, customer details, invoice eligibility, appointment outcome, appointment tags, comments and more.

Extra information is displayed if the appointment has a particular status, for example if the appointment was canceled this tab will display the cancellation reason and the cancellation date.

Fields Displayed

Field Description
Assigned to Displays the Fieldworker Name and their Mobile number
WorkType The Work type assigned to the Appointment.
Customer Name Displays Customer Firstname and Surname.
Phone Number Displays the Customers Landline and Mobile.
Company Name Company name from the Customer.
Certificates Number of certificates of the appointment however if the appointment is an installation and not completed its number from the quote.
Address/Postcode The address and postcode from the property address.
Scheduled Date & Time The date and time the fieldworker is scheduled to attend the job site.
Commencement Date An override date assigned by an Operator represents the first day fieldworker attended the site.
Actual Completed Date An override date assigned by an Operator represents the last day the fieldworker attended the site.
Last Sync/Completion Date Date of the last sync received from Runabout or last date the appointment is completed in ASAP through complete appointment action.
Created By ASAP User who created the appointment, if it originated from the New Job screen.
Compliant The value of the compliance flag set through the appointment actions screen.
Hazard Code The value of a hazard code applied during appointment creation from the New Job Screen.
Appointment Outcome If the appointment has been completed as Customer No Show or this appointment has been created as a Callback
Appointment Tags The Tags assigned to an appointment.
Paperwork Status The value of the paperwork flag set through the appointment actions screen.
Submission Eligibility Date The date the appointment is ready for a submission.
Invoice Eligibility Date The date the appointment is ready for an RCTI Fieldworker/Agent Invoice.
Client Invoice Eligibility Date The date the appointment ready for an RCTI Client Invoice.
Quotation Status The status of the jobs quotation.
Job Instructions The job instructions given during appointment creation.
External Job ID The external id assigned to the job during appointment creation.
Paperwork Status The value of the Customer Signed Paper Form Flag set during appointment completion.

Extra Fields Displayed when appointment is canceled.

Field Description
Cancelled Date The ASAP User who canceled the appointment
Cancelled By / Reason The Date the cancelation was done and Reason Code Selected by the Operator

Extra Fields Displayed when appointment is RCTI Invoiced.

Field Description
Invoice (Type) The invoice number
Invoice Date (Type) The Date of invoice creation
Certificates Certificates now show number Rejected/Accepted During Submission
