The Appointment Summary tab provides an overview of the appointment with fields for scheduling, customer details,
invoice eligibility, appointment outcome, appointment tags, comments and more.
Extra information is displayed if the appointment has a particular status, for example. if the appointment was canceled,
this tab will display the cancellation reason and the cancellation date.
Fields Displayed
Field
Description
Assigned to
Displays the field worker’s name and their mobile number.
WorkType
The work type assigned to the appointment.
Customer Name
Displays the customer’s firstname and surname.
Phone Number
Displays the customer’s landline and mobile.
Company Name
Company name from the customer.
Certificates
Number of certificates of the appointment, however if the appointment is an installation and not completed, it’s number won’t be on the quote.
Address/Postcode
The address and postcode from the property address.
Scheduled Date & Time
The date and time the Field Worker is scheduled to attend the job site.
Commencement Date
An override date assigned by an Operator that represents the first day the Field Worker attended the site.
Actual Completed Date
An override date assigned by an Operator that represents the last day the Field Worker attended the site.
Last Sync/Completion Date
Date of the last sync received from Dataforce Runabout or the last date the appointment was completed in Dataforce ASAP through the complete appointment action.
Created By
Dataforce ASAP User who created the appointment, if it originated from the New Job screen.
Compliant
The value of the compliance flag set through the appointment actions screen.
Hazard Code
The value of the hazard code applied during appointment creation from the New Job Screen.
Appointment Outcome
If the appointment has been completed as a Customer No-Show, or this appointment has been created as a Callback.
